Fairly clean hotel in a lovely building near to central pier, Blackpool and seafront and the nearest tram stop. Sensational breakfast with plenty of meals. Unbeatable location in centre of everything.

clean twin room, excellent location, comfortable beds
Upon arrival, the lack of a formal greeting and chaotic room assignments were off-putting!!! Addressing noisy family behavior after midnight could enhance the experience for all guests!!! A more organized breakfast setup would also improve convenience!!!

The decor in the room felt outdated and needed refreshing.

Consider bringing your own toiletries, as the sink is quite small and may not accommodate all your needs comfortably.

It was a nice choice for a short visit in Blackpool with great value for money. The room was clean and tidy, made my stay more comfortable. Make sure to check for noise from the kitchen if you're an early riser.

I really enjoyed my stay, especially lounging by the pool and grabbing a drink from the bar. There are plenty of ways to chill out here, including a cozy lounge area and a lovely garden. The only thing that could use some love is the shelving in the bathroom-just a bit too low for my height, but it didn't ruin my fun! 🌞

The family room was spacious and beautifully decorated, perfect for our two little ones. The bunk beds were a huge hit with my daughter, and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was fresh and had a great variety that everyone enjoyed.
No complaints at all.

great service but breakfast timing needs improvement
The manager is attentive, ensuring all my needs were met. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beachfront.
Breakfast timing could be better to allow more time for different dishes.

Couple's getaway worthy
The staff were extraordinarily cute and polite. Breakfast was nice, they served up the best fried eggs I ever had, just what I needed after a long night.
It wasn't cheap, but you get what you pay for, and it was still acceptable.

The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the promenade. The lounge area serves as a great meeting space, and the breakfast options were varied and satisfying, especially the full English. The check-in process was unwelcoming, and our room had cleanliness issues with dust and a mattress protector that was stained. The bar area had a less than pleasant odor, off-putting.
